What currency are your products priced in?
All products are displayed and processed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar).
How long does it take to process my order? What about custom orders?
For in-stock items, orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. We are currently not accepting custom orders.
Can I return or exchange a product? What are the conditions?
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product description misrepresents the product. If a return or exchange is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of arrival in its original packaging, along with the tracking number.
For International Orders: No, we do not accept returns, exchanges for international orders.
How long does delivery take?
Within Hong Kong: 2-3 business days.
International orders: 7-10 business days
Where are orders shipped from, and how are they delivered?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Domestic orders are delivered via SF Express or Local Post, while international orders are shipped using DHL Express.
Please be aware that we are unable to deliver to countries currently experiencing disruptions in postal services due to strikes, border restrictions, or any other unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
What happens if my item is delayed, damaged, or lost during shipping?
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost/stolen items due to customs or shipping issues.
Am I responsible for customs and import taxes for international orders?
Yes, international clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
